  If I could give Prowealth zero, I would. Worst real estate I’ve ever dealt with, completely pretentious, rude and have extremely high expectations of tenants when they put absolutely zero effort in. No property manager allocated so you always speak to a random who knows nothing, they’ll be nice as pie to get you in and then you get nothing. Expect you to organise your own maintenance, don’t provide entry notices. Have tradesmen enter your property without permission and then argue that it’s a “he said she said” issue and take the side of tradesmen. On the note of tradesmen, they’ll use the cheapest possible even when the property is falling apart and ensure as little as possible is done to rectify leaving you in a hazardous living situation that wouldn’t pass a building inspection. Forget about fire alarms and regular checks or pest control, they just don’t do it, leave your stove on after an inspection. Save yourself the drama and go with any other real estate. From Prowealth you’ll get a house in ruins and they expect a palace in return. They don’t abide by legislation but if you’re a second late on anything you are overdue and in arrears. Poor practices around managing bills verse rental payments, needed schooling around providing different reference numbers so their own finance could work out what deposits were for, they send out random emails to all tenants asking if you can account for any deposits on the list because they can’t work out what it’s for, or who made the deposit. We spent over $1000 on cleaning, pest control and gardening at end of lease - they wouldn’t return calls or emails requesting information on progress of bond return - the condition of the house was 200% to how it was when we moved in. Spent the first few months scrubbing doors and walls it was so filthy. Customer service Zero, zero humanity, zero morality, zero professionalism - ruthless, money hungry grubs.
