  Went in on a Saturday morning to look for wound dressing.
  No staff to help although they were happy just to stand and block the aisle.
  Found less than 10 bandaids in the store. That was it.
  Pretty disappointing for a chemist chain, even if this store does specialize.
  Went to Blooms and was served immediately by helpful staff despite their having high customer volume in store.

  My fiancé was helped out by a lady at the Greenhills store to get her one of the Baby & You boxes, she went above and beyond and even shipped it to us, great customer service, really made her day
  Thank you again (sorry we couldn’t remember name)

  I would give 0 stars if it was possible and terrible service. at about 4pm 3/11/21 a lady standing at the front of the store was being very rude refusing to let me in and was saying I needed proof of vaccination and I told her that I was fully vaxxed (I got my second dose a few days ago) and I literally showed the vaccination certificate to her but nope this revolting woman told me to leave and I was let in to this store 2 weeks ago with no problem and I wasn’t fully vaxxed yet and I brought a hair dye from here and my hair is ruined and $25 wasted. absolutely TERRIBLE service and I’m probably gonna write up a complaint for sure and I’m NEVER coming back I also hope this lady gets fired.

  Collette who works at the Greenhills Store is such a gorgeous person! She takes time with each and every customer she serves and makes them feel like they’re not just another customer. She genuinely brightens my day each time I go into the store

  Always a place where you can find a gift for mum, or non prescription medications. A great selection of vitamins and weight loss supplements.

  Conveneient store for all your make up, shampoo, hair, perfume, aftershave and toiletry needs. Medium to moderate prices with some sale items. Friendly staff.
